摘要
目前,国内外食品安全存在一些问题,食品安全的重要性决定了食品科学专业的大学生,应当肩负历史重任,为将来从事食品行业打下坚实的理论基础,同时,要具有良好的专业素质和道德水准。良好的专业水平和职业道德的形成将成为他们从事这个行业的基础,也为我国的食品安全提供有力的保证。
Food safety is very important. The undergraduates, who study food science, should be grounded on theory and practice, so as to be engaged upon food industry in the future. And the good making of specialty and morality of the students are important, too,because they are a powerful assurance to our food safety.
