摘要
徐铉恬淡寡欲,性格宽厚,却历尽宦海沉浮,一生中有三次贬官经历。南唐中主时两次被贬,保大七年贬泰州,保大十一年流舒州。在垂暮之年被宋太宗贬往邠州,一年之后病逝于贬所。
Xu Xuan, a man who was gracious and indifferent to fame and benefit, experienced ups and downs in officialdom and three times demotions during his life. He had been demoted twice in the reign of middle emperor of Southern Tang. In the seventh year of Bao Da, he was demoted to Tai Zhou,in the eleventh year of Bao Da, he was exiled to Shu Zhou. In his declining years, he was exiled to Bin Zhou by Emperor Song Taizong, and one year later, he was dead there.
