摘要
民主是法治的基础,法治是实现公平正义的途径,也是维系社会协调与和谐发展的保障。和谐社会必定是法治社会,法治社会则必须实现司法公正。司法公正是构建和谐社会的基础性保障,是维护社会公正与社会和谐的制度保障底线。和谐社会的司法公正既包括实体公正也包括程序公正,是实体公正与程序公正的统一。
The democracy is the foundation of the rule of law, and the rule of law is the approach that carries out the equity and justice of our society, it is also a guarantee that moderate and harmonize our society to develop, A harmonious society must be a society of the rule of law, and a society of the rule of law has to be carried out the judicial justice. The judicial justice is a basis that constructs a harmonious society and guarantees the fairness and justice of our society. The judicial justness of a harmonious society not only includes the substantial justness but also includes the procedural justness, which is the unity between the justness of entity and the procedural justness.
