从设计和制造两方面分析了高负荷发动机活塞环引起窜气、窜油、拉缸和断环故障的原因,介绍了活塞环质量控制的方法。
High- duty engine＇s piston ring may cause blow by, oil carry- over and scuffing, Some times it may break itself. Factors to cause these problems are analyzed from design and manufacturing aspects. The methods to control the quality of piston ring are introduced.
