摘要 缺血性脑血管病的介入治疗,为该病患者带来了一种新的治疗方法,以其微创的理念、较好的疗效得到认可。由于进行该类治疗的医师学科分散,侧重点可能有所不同,造成治疗指征有偏差。为了使其健康发展,需要重视治疗指征,综合各学科最新知识,更新治疗理念,特别要以脑功能的恢复和改善为主,规范手术操作。 Interventional treatment provides another option for patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease. It has been accepted by doctors and patients for its miniinvasive and good effect. The doctors performing the operations scatter in different departments, therefore they have different special professional opinions about the diagnosis and treatment, outcoming with deviation form the proper treatment indications. Revising treatment notion with special emphasis on the brain function improvement, standardized operation and strict discipline are urgently needed for the promising management and development with combination of the new comprehensive knowledge and concepts, especially follow the time indications.
