摘要
在不断深化教育改革过程中,课外体育活动作为学校体育的重要组成部分与教育手段,反映一个学校的体育教学水平和学校管理工作的质量,它必须适应新形势的要求。本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对山东省山东大学的部分高校的在校大学生进行调查分析,了解他们体育锻炼的现状,为更好地引导学生参加课外体育锻炼,组织科学、有效的课外体育活动提供依据。
