摘要
大学生的心理素质是素质教育的重要组成部分。心理素质对其他素质的发展具有很大影响力。本文通过体育教学中实施心理健康教育现状的分析,提出在教学中渗透心理健康教育的几点建议,以供参考。
Higher vocational colleges stuoems, mental quality is the important component of quality education. Mental quality has very big influence to other quality devglopment. The text analyses the current situation of implementing mental healthy education in physical education teaching, and puts forward several suggestions of infiltrating mental healthy education in teaching to provide references.
