摘要
高职院校的就业指导工作对于实现人才培养目标和满足社会需要等方面,起着重要的桥梁和纽带作用。因此,必须客观认识就业指导工作的地位和作用,积极探索高职学生就业指导教学的新模式、新思路和新方法,努力提高毕业生的就业率。
The employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges plays important role in attaining talent training objective and satisfying social need. So we must know the status and function of employment guidance work, explore the new pattern, new train of thought and new method of employment guidance teaching positively, make great efforts to improve graduate＇s employment rate.
