摘要
采用眼球前段重建术治疗严重的真菌性角膜炎12例。术中彻底切除病灶，并包括虹膜、晶体和前段玻璃体。随访2～3个月，除1例算发行眼内容剜出术外，均无复发。结果表明，本术式可有效地控制真菌感染，保住了眼球，并为以后的增视性手术奠定了基础，但其远期效果尚有待于进一步研究。
12 cases (12eyes) with severe fungal keratitis with litt1e light perception underwent recontruction for the anterior segment of eye. Key precedures of this operation include iridectomy, Ientectomy and anterior vitrectomy. During 2-3 months follow-up therc was no recurrence except one casc who under-went evisceration of eye. The results show the opera-tion can effectively control the fungal infection, and make eyeball survive successfully. It'helpfuI to the late operation of increasing vision. However the far-ther study of its long effectiveness will be needed.
