摘要
剩余劳动力转移是促进区域与城乡互动发展的纽带之一,是统筹西北地区区域与城乡统筹发展的必由之路,因此还需分析清楚西北地区农村剩余劳动力转移的难点,然后进行西北地区农村劳动力转移的空间模式选择,提出相应的农村城镇化、培育西北4个城市群带、大尺度的空间转移三种措施,设计出西北地区农村劳动力转的移制度保障。
It is believed that the transfer of surplus rural labors is one of the ties to plan urban and rural areas as a whole and is only the way for the Northwest areas. The difficulties of the transfer of rural surplus labors of the areas is assayed and is the spatial choice pattern expounded：rural urbanization, fostering four city groups in Northwest areas, transferring with large dimension space. Then the guarantee mechanism is designed.
