摘要
本文通过对液压支架的前、后连杆上铰点之距与掩护梁长度的比值;后连杆与掩护梁长度的比值;掩护梁上铰点至顶梁顶面之距和后连杆下铰点至底座底面之距的变化,对支架进行受力分析,找出它们对支架受力影响的变化规律。
This paper analyses dynamic characteristics of the power supports by discussing the ratio between the distance of front-back hinges on the supports and the length of the gob shield, the ratio between the length of the head rod and the gob shield, variation of the distance between up-hinge on the gob shield and the surface of the head shield, back rob and the base surface of the base surface of the pedestal. Furthermore, the principle of the effect of all these factors on the supports is obtained.
