摘要
目的：观察高压氧（ＨＢＯ）疗法对中重度颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法：将１６０例中重度颅脑损伤患者在临床常规治疗的同时（包括手术治疗）采用ＨＢＯ治疗，作为高压氧综合治疗组。并与１００例病情大致相同用常规药物治疗者作为对照组。结果：治疗组总有效率９７．５％，显著高于对照组７３．０％，两组有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：高压氧综合治疗中重度颅脑损伤有较好的疗效，值得提倡。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of the maximum pressure oxygen in treatment of medium and serious craniocerebral injury.Methods:Comprehensive treatment group included 160 patients with medium and serious craniocerebral injury taking clinical routine cure (including operation) and maximum pressure oxygen cure simultaneously,compareing with another group(control group) of patients suffering from same kind of disease and receiving only routine medicamentous cure.Results:There was remarkable difference between the two groups.The effective rate in the comprehensive treatment group was 97 5%,it was significantly higher than that of the control group(73 0%, P <0 01).Conclusions:The comprehensive cure of the medium and serious craniocerebral injury with maximum pressure oxygen showed a better therapeutic effects.This method deserves recommendation.
