摘要
用循证医学的思维方法,对临床白蛋白应用于肝硬化失代偿,肝炎恢复期,增加抵抗力,补充营养,补液、扩容等的困惑及问题作了探讨。
According to the evidence-base medicine, this article explored the problems which occurred when the albumin has been misused in decompensation of liver cirrhosis, convalescence stage of hepatitis, enhancement of resistence to disease, nutrition improvement and trauma.
