pax7对肌肉形成作用的研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 pax基因家族为一组编码含成对结构域（Paired domain,PD）转录因子的发育调控基困,由九个基因组成,根据功能域结构的不同分成四组,每组成员之间在功能上都有部分重复。pax7属于pax基因家族的III组,与中枢神经系统和骨骼肌的发育有关,是强有力的生肌性诱导物,能使多能干细胞转变为生肌性细胞,在骨骼肌的发育和再生过程中起着至关重要的作用。
