摘要
利用纤维混杂效应,选用合适的多种无机纤维和有机纤维,制备了新型混杂纤维增强无石棉密封纸,并制得相应的无石棉缠绕垫片;进行了垫片的压缩回弹性能及密封性能试验。结果表明:垫片压缩率受纤维种类和含量的影响较大,纤维含量增加,压缩率减小,回弹率增大;研制的胶乳抄取无石棉纸制得的缠绕垫片的压缩回弹性能及密封性能达到了石棉缠绕垫片的要求,可以替代石棉填充缠绕垫片。
Inorganic fiber, together with polyester fiber and aramid alpha pulp at some ratio was chosen, to instead asbestos. The preferable non-asbestos assorted fibers reinforce paper was manufactured and non-asbestos metal spiral gasket was obtained. The compressive property and recovery from compression and sealing property of metal spiral gaskets were tested. Results indicate compressive property is affected by fiber's types and mass fraction. Increased fiber, compressive property is decreased and recovery from compression is increased. Compared to asbestos metal spiral gaskets, the manufactured non-asbestos paper could instead of asbestos to produce metal spiral gaskets.
