摘要
提出以哌嗪为原料,乙醇为烷化剂在触媒催化、氢气保护下进行乙基化反应制备N-乙基哌嗪的合成路线,研究了原料与烷化剂的物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对产品收率的影响,并确定了最佳的反应条件。在最佳条件下N-乙基哌嗪收率大于85%,经分离精制纯度在99%以上。
N-Ethylpiperazine was synthesized from piperazine and ethanol, catalyzed by acceterant and protected by hydrogen through alkylation reaction, Effects of the ratio of reactants, reaction time, reaction temperature and other conditions on the yield of the product were studied. The optimal reaction conditions were ascertained, under which the yield of N-Ethylpiperazine was above 85% and the purity of N-Ethylpiperazine reached above 99%.
