摘要
目的:了解目前乡村医疗机构用药现况,找出其在药物应用中存在的问题,为行政管理部门制定相应的政策提供一定的依据。方法:随机选取山西省卫生八项目县部分乡村医疗机构2001年1—6月的一定数量的门诊处方,建立数据库,对资料进行分析。结果:每次就诊平均用药品种数为3.77种;就诊处方中使用抗生素所占的比例为67.7%;就诊处方中使用针剂所占的比例为54.8%;就诊处方中使用激素所占的比例为20.1%;每张处方平均用药费用为21.43元。结论:目前乡村医疗机构存在不合理用药现象。
Objective In order to know the usage of medicine in rural medical institution and to provide evidence for the administration management department we undertook the survey. MethodPrescriptions are randomly chosen from rural medical institutions of Shanxi province which are project areas of Health Ⅶ project. Database was established and collected data were analysed. Results The average number of drugs per prescription was 3. 77; The percentage of antibiotics prescribed was 67. 7%; the percentage of preparations for injection perscribed was 54. 8%; The percentage of hormone prescribed was 20.1% ; The average price is 21.43 yuan. Conclusion At presentir rational drug use in rural medical institution still exists.
