摘要
在ANSYS中建立了金属软管的参数化有限元模型,研究了网套编织角对金属软管承载能力的影响,得出了网套最佳编织角为35o^50o的结论。若取其上限值,有利于发挥它的柔性特性,但不能承受较高的载荷;若取下限值,可使金属软管承受较高的荷载,但不利于发挥它的柔软性。该结论为金属软管的设计和应用提供了理论依据。
The parametric finite element model of the metal hose was set up in this paper. The influence of the nets' knitted angle on the metal hose's enduring ability was studied. The conclusion is the best knitted angle is 35°-50°. In the upper limit,the metal hose can exert its flexible characteristics. But in the lower limit ,it can exert its enduring abilities. The conclusion is very important to the metal hose's design.
