椎板间扩大开窗减压并AF系统内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折47例 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨椎板间扩大开窗减压并AF系统内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法对应用椎板间扩大开窗减压并AF系统内固定术治疗的47例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果47例均得到随访,随访时间6-36个月,平均15个月。骨折椎体高度无明显丢失,脊柱序列良好,内固定物取出后未见椎体高度进一步丢失及脊柱成角加重。结论椎板间扩大开窗减压并AF系统内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折安全有效。 Objective To explore the effect of combining interspinous enlarged windowing for decompressing with internal fixation of AF system in treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures. Methods The clinical data of 47 patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture, treated using interspinous enlarged windowing for decompressing and internal fixation of AF system, were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the cases were followed up for six months to thirty - six months, average fifteen months. There was no obvious lossing of broken vertebral body. The spinal alignment was better,there was no further lossing of vertebral body and no aggravation of vertebral angle after taking out the internal fixation. Conclusion It is safe and effective to use interspinous enlarged windowing for decompressing and internal fixation of AF system to treat thoracolumbar spine fractures.
