摘要
为了探讨在高等教育中实施与企业认证接轨的计算机人才培养模式,通过对IT人才需求市场的分析,归纳出高等学历教育与企业认证模式接轨的特点与优势,进而搭建与企业认证相适应的IT人才培养教学环境、建立与企业认证相匹配的课堂教学体系.并通过实际案例说明在高等教育中实施与企业认证接轨的计算机人才培养模式的成效.
In order to study computer talent training mode integrating with enterprise certification in the field of higher education. This paper analyze the market demand for IT talent, and present the characteristics and advantages of combining higher education with enterprise certification, so as to developing an IT talent training and teaching environment adaptive to the enterprise certification, and to establishing a matching class teaching system. Practical teaching cases are also given to show the effective results of this training mode.
