摘要
探讨一种喷气织机四连杆打纬机构的动平衡方法。目前国内喷气织机的转速普遍达到了600r/min以上,在高速运转下织机的动力学性能值得关注。织机动平衡的研究也一直是人们关注的热点问题。本文采用附加扭转弹簧的方法对国内某一型号的喷气织机四连杆打纬机构进行动平衡优化,取得了良好的效果。
The dynamical balancing of beating-up mechanism of air-jet loom is discussed. At present, the rotation speed of air-jet loom in our country is above 600r/min, so it's worth to focus on the dynamical property of the loom in high-speed rotation. The method of add-on torsional spring is used in this paper to optimize the dynamical property of air-jet loom, and the good effect is achieved.
