摘要
分析了真空电子束深熔透焊接机理,在电子束焊接能量分配传热模型的基础上,阐明了深熔透焊接的熔池流动行为和熔质密度分布情况,为燃气轮机压气机静叶环真空电子束焊接试验和实际生产提供了强有力的理论依据。
The mechanism of vacuum electron beam deep penetration welding has been analyzed, meanwhile on the basis of heat transmission mould for the electron beam welding energy distribution, the molten pool flowing action and the solute density distribution situation of deep penetration welding have been explained to provide the forcefully theoretic foundation for vacuum electron beam welding experiment of fixed blade ring in the gas turbine compressor and its actual production.
