摘要
[目的]为了及时准确地掌握三峡库区疾病监测点传染病漏报情况,校正库区传染病发病水平,为制订传染病防治策略提供理论依据。[方法]按分层随机整群抽样的原则,对各监测点居民传染病及医疗机构传染病漏报情况进行调查,计算漏报率和估计发病率。[结果]共调查居民传染病患者57例,漏报34例,漏报率为59.65%,其中乙类漏报率为35.71%,丙类漏报率为82.76%,丙类漏报率显著高于甲乙类(χ2=13.10,P﹤0.01)。估计发病率甲乙类为695.60/10万,丙类为1343.62/10万。医疗机构登记传染病124例,漏报1例,漏报率为0.81%。[结论]甲乙类传染病报告质量较高,丙类传染病漏报严重。加强传染病的报告管理与监督执法是提高报告质量的保证。
[ Objective]To learn the epidemic status of missed out cases of infectious diseases and provide basis for formulating prevention measures.[Methods]Stratified cluster sampling was used to investigate the total cases（including suspected cases）of all notifiable diseases,then the missed out rate was calculated.[Results]There were total 57 cases with infectious disease,34 cases of which were missed out.The total rate of missing report was 59.65%,the missed out rate of infectious diseases B was 35.71%,and the rate of infectious diseases C was 82.76%,which was obviously higher than the before（X^2=13.10,P〈0.01） ,There were 124 cases pf mptofoab;e doseases regostered by medical institiiutions,one was miased out,and the miased out rate was 0.81%,[Conclusions] The infectious diseases of A an Bwere reprted well,while the infectious diseaseds of C were seriously missed out,It is important ensurement to enhance the quality management of reporting and sruveillance of infectious diseases.
