摘要
介绍了一种基于单片机的体外反搏系统的设计。该系统以80C196KC微控制器、数据采集调制单元、人机接口单元和气动单元为主要硬件,能实时采集心电信号,分析动态心电信号,确定心脏的舒张期,实施无创的体外反搏。为了准确识别QRS波,首先对心电信号进行滤波,然后分段线性逼近,再用句法模式识别方法识别。试验证明了该识别方法的有效性和该系统的医学效果。
The design of external counterpulsation system used singlechip is presented. The system consists of a 80C196KC microchip, data acquisition unit,man - machine interface unit and pneumatic unit. The system can sample and analyze electrocardiograph(ECG) signal real - time, recognize the diastolic time, and implement non - invasive external countrpulsation. In order to detect QRS complex correctly,ECG signal is first filtered and approximated piecewise,and then is recognized with syntactic pattern recognition. The clinic experimentation results verify that the recognition method is valid and the instrument has good effect.
