摘要
通过数值模拟的方法,对建立在正交网格上的40t钢包(炉)进行了模拟研究,计算结果表明:吹氩气量的增加只是提高了钢包内钢液流动的绝对速度,没有改变钢包内钢液的流动形态;喷吹最佳吹气量为140 L/min,弱搅拌的临界吹气量为100L/min;在临界吹气量下的搅拌混匀时间为350s左右。
Numerical simulation was carried out to investigate the 40tLF, which was set up on orthogonal grid. Numerical calculation shows that the flow rate of argon blown only affects values of velocity. The best appropriate rate of jetting Ar is 140L/min, and the critical mixing blown rate is 100L/min. With the critical mixing blown rate, the stir time of 350s is good enough for mixing uniform.
