摘要
根据相似原理，采用水模试验，研究了某钢厂六流连铸机中间包的钢水流动特性，提出了中间包内型结构的优化方案。通过对比，解释了原中间包内型结构不合理的原因，说明了优化后的中间包对钢水质量及生产组织的改善效果。
Based on approximation principle, by means of using water model experiment, the paper research the molten steel flowing character in the tundish, provide optimum design of inter-structure of tundish, then by comparing the structure of the two tundish, analyse the rational structure of the tundish, at last explain the good effect of optimum structure to steel liquid quality and production process organization.
