摘要
介绍了应用逆向工程技术结合三维设计软件设计注塑模具的方法。使用机械式三维坐标测量仪,测出电话壳的点云并对其处理,利用Pro/E软件曲面造型功能,构造出电话壳的CAD模型,再用Pro/E软件的模具设计模块设计出电话壳的注塑模具。实现了电话壳注塑模具的快速设计。在注塑件设计研发过程中,应用逆向工程技术和三维设计软件缩短了新产品的研发周期,提高了企业在市场上的竞争力。
Combining reverse engineering techniques with three -dimension molding software shortens the research cycle of new products. Using mechanical coordinate measurement machine (CMM) gets phone shell point clouds, and those point clouds are treated by IMAGEWARE software, then gets the CAD model of phone shell. After that process, the phone shell injection mold is made by using of the Pro/E software. Rapid injection mold design from the phone shell is achieved. Significantly, using reverse engineering techniques shortens the research cycle of the new products and improves the competitive power of the corporation in the market during the process of injection part design and development.
