摘要
报告1例甲下血管球瘤。患者男,36岁。右示指甲下暗红色丘疹,并伴有放射性刺痛10年。组织病理检查示肿瘤位于真皮内,有假包膜,境界清楚,瘤内可见血管腔,周围绕以多层血管球细胞,基质中有较多肥大细胞及黏蛋白沉积。免疫组化染色结果示肿瘤细胞波形蛋白、肌动蛋白、CD34均(+),结蛋白、FⅧ均(-)。诊断:血管球瘤。
A case of subungual glomus tumor is reported. A 36-year-old man developed a dark red spot under the nail of the fight index finger with radiating pain for 10 years. Histopathologieal examination revealed glomus cells surrounding endothelial cells of the tumor blood vessels, hnmunohistochemistry examination is consistent with glomus tumor.
