摘要
针对回转窑生产活性石灰出现结圈的现象,从石灰使用的煤种、原料、回转窑的工作参数、热工制度等方面对结圈产生的原因进行分析与探讨,从而找出结圈产生的原因,并提出预防和处理结圈的措施及方法,提高设备的运转率,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。
For the phenomenon of the ring formation in the rotary kiln for the production of active lime, the analysis and exploratory investigation are carried out for the causes for the ring formation so as to find the causes of ring formation according to the variety of used coal, raw material, operation parameters for rotary kiln, heating system etc., and the prevention and ring formation solving measures are put forward to improve the operation rate of equipment, reduce the production cost and raise the economic benefit.
