摘要
提出了电热铆工艺连接航空发动机压气机和风扇整流器钛合金叶片与内外环的新方法。并且从工装设备和控制系统两个方面介绍了专用自动电热铆机的研制及其在生产中的运行情况。
The conception of electrical heat reveting is put forward for joining titanium alloy vanes with inner and outer rings of aero engine in this paper. The development of the equipment and its control system, the operation in a production line are presented.
