摘要
在进一步认识绿色商品住宅的内涵和特征的基础上,阐述了绿色住宅的理念贯穿到住宅产业的规划设计、建筑设计、能源节约、建材使用、室内装修等各个环节的表现形式,指出绿色住宅的推广和开发,不仅依赖于业主绿色意识的加强,而且需要绿色物业管理的配合。
The idea of green residential housing industry is expounded in the paper on the basis of a better understanding of the content and features of green products. The author suggests that the idea should be run through the planning and design, architectural design, energy saving, use of materials and interior decoration. And the promotion of green residential development not only depends on the strengthening of the green awareness of the owners＇, but also on the cooperation with the green property management.
