摘要
从目前各高校的教学情况看,多数高校对体育课课外教育重视不够,缺乏必要的引导和组织,这在一定程度上淡化了学生对体育活动的兴趣。文章要解决的主要问题是更新教学观念,使体育课从单纯的课内教学模式向课外延伸,探索通过网络、多媒体教室等方式丰富课外体育活动,引导学生自主学习,进而促进高校的体育教学改革。
From the present teaching situation at college, it can be seen that extracurricular sports education is not paid attention to and lacks of essential direction and organization, which weaken the students＇ interest in sports activities to some extent. This paper aims at solving the major problems that the teachers should renew the ideas such as the extension of teaching modes from inside class to outside class, the enrichment of extracurricular sports activities by means of intemet and multi-media classroom in the form of multimedia and the guidance of students＇ independent study in order to promote the reform of P.E. teaching at college.
