黄河淤泥承重多孔砖砌体中长柱抗压性能 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前对黄河淤泥承重多孔砖墙体实际受力规律掌握不足的现状,基于正交试验,通过对砌体中长柱的抗压试验来模拟墙体的受力情况,考察砂浆强度、偏心距和高厚比对试验结果的交叉影响。描述试验及破坏过程并对试验结果进行分析,得出黄河淤泥多孔砖中长柱的抗压性能,结果表明其与实心黏土砖同类构件受力破坏规律相同,在开裂荷载、承载力等方面优于实心黏土砖。黄河淤泥承重多孔砖可以替代实心黏土砖作为一种新型承重墙材。 Considering the present insufficiency of grasping practical stressing performance of Yellow River silt bearing cellular brick, simulation of wall stressing condition is made by compression test on slender high column based on orthogonal experiment, and study the intercross influence of mortar strength, eccentricity, and ratio of width-thickness on the test result. The paper de scribes the process of experiment and damage and analyzes the experimental result, with which the compression resistance of slen der high column with Yellow River silt bearing cellular brick is obtained. The result indicates that its rule of damage under stress is the same as similar construction member of solid clay brick, and its cracking load and supporting capacity are superior to that of solid clay brick. Therefore, the Yellow River silt bearing cellular brick can be used as a new-type bearing wall material to take the piace of solid clay brick.
