摘要
以轴承滚动体的无心磨削为例,讨论了被加工工艺系统加工用量和调整参数的相互影响,通过改变导轮参数及优化加工用量(导轮转速),可以在不增加附加费用的前提下,提高无心磨削工艺系统的有效性.
Take the bearing roller's centreless grinding as an example, this paper discusses the mutual in fluences between the machining load of technic system and the parameter adjustment. It dissertates under the premise that do not increase the surcharge, if changing some parameters and optimizing the machining load (rotate speed), the validity of centreless grindng technic system can be improved.
