摘要
近年来沁源县经济快速发展水资源需求急剧增加,与之矛盾的是该县的地表径流量却在持续衰减。通过对降水量的变化以及人类活动的影响两个方面进行深入的研究分析,科学解读了沁源县地表径流量衰减的原因。
In recent years, the Qinyuan County＇s economy is developed with a quick speed, and the demand on water resources increases rapidly. But it is in direct contradiction with this fact that the sustained decrease of river runoff amount has appeared. Through deep analysis in two aspects including： the change of precipitation and the influence of human being＇s action, this paper presents the decrease cause of river runoff in Qinyuqn County.
