摘要
适宜的小孢子发育时期是花药单倍体培养的关键,小孢子发育时期与花器形态的变化存在一定的相关性。通过对加工番茄小孢子发育时期的细胞学显微观察及与花蕾和花药发育的形态学研究,以确定小孢子发育时期与花蕾、花药形态变化的相关关系。结果表明:加工番茄小孢子发育时期与花器外部形态变化密切相关:当花药3~6mm时花粉处于单核期,6~7mm时,为双核、三核期。依据花器发育的形态特征即可判断小孢子发育时期,通过花器的外部形态来确定小孢子发育阶段,为加工番茄花药培养和小孢子培养提供理论、实际依据。
Cytological development period of processing tomato microspor is propitious to anther culture. There is high consistence between cytological development period of tomato rnicrospor and the shape, size of flower organ. The characterristic of cytological development period of tomato microspor and the shape, size of flower organ,the color of anther ,the process of anther canister and their interrelation were investigated,Resalts showed when anther's length was 3-6mm, the pollen was in the tetrad period; when anther's length was 6-7mm, the pollen was in the binuclear and trinuclear stage;The result indicated that tomoto cytological period of microspore can be decided by size, color, and shap of the anther ,also by size,color, and shap of the bud.
