摘要
根据塔里木河流域的基本特征,从信息的内容和表现形式上对流域信息进行分类,提出以计算机管理流域信息的方法,同时结合实际情况论述了流域管理信息系统的设计与完成过程。
This paper divides the information into two parts: human information and natural in formation according to fundamental features in Tarim river watershed. The former is made up of population, society, city, residential area, economy and irrigation works; the later is made up of imformation about hydrology, space, ecology and environment. All the above mentioned information is described in the forms of number, graph, picture, word image and animation. Classification of information is prepare for setting up data base about Tarim river watershed. According to classified information and analyses of use's demands, adopt advanced technology such as computer, remote sensing and GIS to manage the complex information about watershed; taking three steps: conceptional design, logical design and physical design,build the management system of watershed information; By the ways of software-system-integerating and OLE(objects link embed), make system-designing easy and use's interface friendly. The information system would offer data in detai1s for construction of water conservancy facility and watershed plan in future. There are some aspects about data to improve as following in the process of system-running: regulating data,seperating data from program in order to make data more independent and compressing data about picture, image and sound to save the room of hard disk.
