摘要
目的研究白花蛇舌草的化学成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱对其化学成分进行分离,应用波谱学方法鉴定结构。结果从该植物中分离出6个化合物,分别鉴定为:乙酰羽扇豆醇酯(1)、咖啡酸(2)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3)、5-羟基-6,7,3’,4'-四甲氧基黄酮(4)、槲皮素(5)、山奈酚(6)。结论化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hedyotis diffusa Willd. Methods Compounds were isolated by column chromatography of silica, and the structures were determined by spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as lupenyl acetate(1 ) ; caffeic acid ( 2 ) ; 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid ( 3 ) ; 5-hydroxy -6,7, 3', 4'-tetramethoxy flavone(4) ; quercetin(5) ; kaempferol (6). Conclusion Compounds 1-4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
