摘要
“城中村”是目前我国城市社区改造的重点。城中村村民作为一个特殊的群体正面临一个新的社会化断层,他们在城市生存技能方面、文化素质方面和城市心理的培养方面,都存在着严重的不适问题。解决城中村村民的社会化提升问题是城市发展过程中落实科学发展观的必然要求,也是我国协调城乡发展、构建和谐社会的必然要求。
City-circled Village is the focus of reconstruction of urban community in China at the present. The villagers herein, as a special group, are confronted with new socialization fault. They feel serious discomfort in living skills, culture skills and the training of urban psychology. If these problems could not be solved reasonably, the construction of the harmonious society should be badly affected. A total person in society should be a person who has been totally socialized, and who could live with the whole social system and the whole nature system harmoniously. After careful analyse of the community swatch of city- circled village in Taiyuan, it is so clear that, solution of the problem of urban citizen＇ s socialization upgrade is a must in practice the Scientific Outlook on Development, and also a must to harmonize the development of urban and rural areas and to building a harmonious socialist society.
