乳腺肿瘤细胞图像分析与免疫细胞化学技术的研究 被引量:3

The study on breast tumor cells by image analysis and immunocytochemistry

摘要 为探讨图象分析技术对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值及与免疫细胞化学染色结果的相互关系对24例乳腺浸润性导管癌、12例乳腺纤维腺瘤、20例乳腺小叶增生的肿瘤细胞核面积(NA)、核周长(NP)、核胞面积比(N/C)以及Ki67、C-Nea、P53基因产物进行了分析。结果表明良性肿瘤细胞的NA(22.84±3.40)、NP(20.27±1.35)明显小于恶性肿瘤细胞(36.13±4.83;28.60±5.49)(P<0.01),N/C值在浸润性导管痛与纤维腺瘤间具显著性差异(P<0.01),而浸润性导管癌与小叶增生间N/C差异不明显(P>0.05)。在浸润性导管癌病例中,Ki67阳性病例的NA(38.82±5.54)和NP(32.41±4.92)大于阴性病例(33.44±1.81;24.79±2.71)(P<0.05),N/C差异不显著(P>0.05)。本文结果提示:细胞NA和NP的测定可作为判别乳腺肿瘤的有效指标之一,Ki-67的表达与细胞核参数仅有一定关系。 Cellular nuclear area(NA), nuclear perimeter (NP) and nuclear area/cytoplasm area (N/C) of the fresh-frozen section tissue specimens from 24 intraductal breast carcinoma, 12 fibreadenomas and 20 cystic hyperplasia werequantitatively measured by using automatic image analysis technology. The relation between the parameters of imageanalysis and the results of immun0cytochemistry was also investigated. The results showed that NA (22. 84t 3±40) andNP (20. 27±1. 35) of benign tumor cells was significantly lower than that of malignant cells (36. 13±4. 83; 28. 60±5.49) (P<0. 01). The value of N/C was significantly different between intraductal breast carcinoma and fibroadenomas(P<0. 01). But there was no difference between intraductal breast carcinoma and cystic hyperplasia (P<0. 05). In thegroup of intraductal breast carcinoma cases, NA and NP in Ki67 positive (38. 82±5. 54 ;32. 41±4. 92) and negtive (33.44±1. 81; 24. 79±2. 71 ) staining was different (Pwt0. 05), but there was no difference in N/C (P>0. 05). The resultsindicate that NA and NP are useful to distinguish the breast tumor cells, and the expression of Ki67 may be related withparameters of tumor cell nucleus.
