摘要
植物细胞程序性死亡普遍存在于植物生长发育及环境相互作用过程中,是由基因调控的、主动的细胞死亡过程。植物PCD已成为当前生物学研究的热点之一。本文概述了植物细胞程序性死亡的形态学、分子生物学特征以及植物PCD在植物发育、环境胁迫、超敏反应中的存在,并就植物PCD的细胞形态学、分子生物学等检测方法以及植物PCD的基因、酶和信号分子的调控进行了综述。
Plant programmed cell death(PCD), generally existing in plant growth and interactive process with enviroment, is a driving cell death process regulated and controlled by gene. Plant PCD has already been one of the central issues of the biological research. This artical summarized morphological, molecule biological characteristics of the plant PCD and the existance of the PCD in plant growth, enviromental threat and supersensitive reaction. Test methods about cell morphology, molecular biology of the plant PCD as well as regulation and control of gene, enzyme and signal molecule in the plant PCD were also reviewed.
