摘要
目前,1000MW超超临界锅炉的启动分离器主体材料为SA335-P91,制造中的难题有球形缩颈管的制造工艺,焊接中的加热及背面充氩保护问题,偏心斜管的尺寸控制问题及焊接变形检测问题等。在试验研究的基础上,通过采取合适的焊接、热处理、检测等技术,成功地解决了这些制造工艺难点。
The present day used material for manufacturing the main body of a 1 000 MW ultra-supereritical boiler's start-up separator is SA335-P91, The main difficulties in the fabrication process include: the forming technology of the spherical contraction neck, way of heating for welding and argon protection of the back side, dimension keeping of the slanting eccentric tube and distorsion checking after welding, etc. After a series of experimental trials, these technological difficulties were successfully overcome by application of appropriate welding, heat treatment and check-measuring techniques.
