1025t/h锅炉燃用混煤的改造及燃烧调试

摘要 对某1 025 t/h锅炉进行了下部一次风喷口燃用无烟煤,并加设卫燃带,上部一次风喷口燃用劣质烟煤或贫煤的改造,解决了锅炉燃烧效率较低,燃烧稳定性差等问题。并通过全面的燃烧调整试验,确定了最佳运行方式,运行状况得到了明显的改善。 The primary air's bottom supply nozzles of a certain 1 025 t/h boiler were reconstructed, together with the addition of a refractory belt, for accomodating the combustion of anthracite. The upper primary air nozzles were simultaneously reconstructed for firing poor quality coal or lean coal; herewith solving problems like low efficiency and insufficient stability of combustion. An optimal way of operation was found after having performed overall combustion adjustment, wherewith the boiler's operational behaviour was subsequently markedly improved.
