摘要
对30例外伤性无晶体眼施行了二期人工晶体植入，并对手术方法、术后视功能、手术适应症及并发症进行了研究。经过3～14月（平均6．7月）的随访观察，术后视力在0．5以上的占80％。结果表明二期人工晶体不仅对无并发症的无晶体眼，而且对有眼前段损伤的无晶体眼病人的视力恢复起重要作用。
The authors have tried to make a clinical research of secondary intraocular lens implantation in 30 consecutive patients with traumatic aphakia. The operation method,post-operative visual function, indications and complica tions were studied clinically. In 80% cases 0f this series,the correct vision was over 20/40. Our result showed that secondary intraocular lenses implantation will play an im portant role in visual rehahilitation, not only in uncompl cated eyes,but also in the eyes with anterior segment in juried.
