摘要
本文实现了采用Rb-Faraday反常色散滤波器(FADOF)的外腔半导体激光器,其输出光线宽被压窄,频率可锁定在FADOF的四个透射峰上.并观察到FADOF磁场改变引起的激光频率的调谐(大于0.2GHz),该方案可望用于空间光通信的发射系统.
We put forward an external cavity laser using Faraday Anomalous Optical Filter (FADOF) as a frequency selecting device. Its linewidth is reduced and frequency locked to one of the four transmission pinks of FADOF. We also observed the laser frequency tunability (>0.2GHz) caused by the change of FADOF's magnetic field. This external cavity laser can be used in free-space optical communication system.
