摘要
真空荧光显示器是基于低能阴极射线发光的一种平板显示器件，也是唯一已形成产业化的平板ＣＲＴ，已大量地用于家用电器、汽车、收款机等以绿色或多色作数码、符号、字母、汉字和图表显示。本文介绍了其低能电子发光现象和发光材料的特点、真空荧光显示器件的制作工艺及光电特性和较新的工艺及产品。
Vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) device is a kind of flat panel display divece based on the luminous principle of low energy cathodoluminescence, and is the unique successfully commercialized flat-CRT. It can display numerics, symbols, alphanumerics, Chinese characters and graphics in home appliances, mobiles and electronic cash machines with green or multicolor display. This paper introdtlces the characteristics of low energy cathodoluminescence and phosphors, the key technologies and specifications of VFD. The newly developed technologies and products are also introduced.
