摘要
本文简要分析了阶跃恢复二极管(SRD)物理特性,给出了SRD在RF激励信号作用下的“开关”等效模型,并推导出要获得高效率倍频的必要条件:L1=L2。利用上述设计方法。
This paper briefly describes the physical properties of SRD,and gives the 'switch' model of the SRD under RF signal′s driving.It′s concluded that high effciency requires approximately equal values of the two inductors,L 1=L 2.Using design method above,S-Band high effciency microstrip frequency multiplier is manufactured successfully.
