摘要 采用自由基溶液聚合法合成了阳离子环氧丙烯酸树脂。研究了树脂水溶性、水分散体系稳定性、成膜性能的影响因素。结果表明:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)含量为15%,胺化开环量为50%,中和度为80%时,树脂的水溶性及水分散体系稳定性均良好。对电泳漆膜的各项性能测试表明,它具有优良的附着性、耐候性及耐盐雾性,可广泛应用于汽车、轻工、家电等行业。 The title cationic epoxy acrylic resin was synthesized with the method of free - radical solution polymerization. The influencing factors on water solubility, water dispersion stability and film - forming property were studied. The results show that water solubility and water dispersion stability are excellent when the mass fraction of GMA is 15% , the amination ring - open is 50% and neutralization is 80%. The tests on all kinds of properties of ED coatings film show that it is good at adhesion, weather resistance and salt - fog resistance, which can be widely used in automobile, light industry and home appliance industry.
