摘要
叙述了半导体三极管中小功率微波振荡器现状。主要包括三个方面,一是半导体硅三极管微波源;二是场效应管微波源;三是关于微波新器件、新技术对微波源发展的促进。还对各方面的未来发展作了预测性的估计。
The Present status of microwave middle-small power oscillators with semi- conductor triodes is introduced.It includes three aspects.The first is Si-semiconductor microwave oscillators.The second is FET microwave sources.And the third is about the effect of new device and technics on microwave sources. The future prospect of mi- crowave oscillators has also been predicted.
