摘要
注重能力培养是继续教育区别于学历教育的一个最鲜明的特点,任职教育应有实用性,要适应部队岗位需要的原则,以岗位任职需要为培养目标,课堂教学与部队需要相结合,人才培养与未来战争需要相结合,使教学内容具有前瞻性;强化综合素质培养,按照高素质新型军事医学人才的要求,着眼世界军事变革和医学科学技术的最新发展,紧紧结合军队现代化建设的实际需要,适应新军事变革的趋势;要适应高科技战争的需要和武器装备的发展变化,及时吸收部队战法和训法改革新成果,不断充实新理论、新知识、新技法,体现教学内容的实用性、实践性、前沿性和全面性。
The bright character of graduate to the need of troop and holding the post, education was paying attention to ability cultivation so the teaching contents should be one -up, and , which should adapt synthetical diathesis cultivation should be strengthened. New theories, new knowledge and new technology should be enriched education. With all these efforts, the teaching contents would be practicable, advanced and full -scale.
